Stephen Barry, LMT

I'm a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Nashville School of Massage Therapy. I’ve also been trained in myofascial release and Reiki, which allows me to blend both clinical and relaxing techniques into every session.

 

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked in healthcare as a surgical tech and sterile processor. After the pandemic, I realized I wanted to make a real difference helping people feel better before they needed surgery—and that’s when I found massage and bodywork. It’s been my passion ever since.

 

Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just someone who’s tired of carrying tension around, my goal is to help you recover, relax, and get back to doing what you love—feeling your best in your body.
