TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
This therapy will stimulate/strip/stretch trigger points - firm, palpable, highly irritable spots in a taut band of muscle fibers or fascia. They are characterized by tenderness, referred pain, and decreased range of motion.
Based on the Ida Rolf system of Structural Integration, many postural problems can be improved or corrected by lengthening the body’s connective tissues over a period of time.
Used to increase flexibility and range of motion. Protagonist and antagonist muscles are contracted and relaxed in an alternating pattern.

The therapist massages your neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands as you sit clothed in a massage chair. $1/minute. (60 minute collective minimum)
